ITALIA

Le spese di spedizione standard per le destinazioni in ITALIA hanno un costo di: € 9,00.

Qualora si scelga come metodo di pagamento il contrassegno, alle spese di spedizione verranno aggiunti € 5,00.

In caso di ordini superiori ai 129€, la spedizione standard è GRATUITA.

Tutti i nostri prodotti vengono spediti tramite il Corriere GLS. Tempi di consegna: 48h.

IT - Durante il passaggio di checkout dell’ordine le spese di spedizione verranno calcolate automaticamente sulla base del peso dei prodotti ordinati. Il Cliente può decidere dopo la presa visione se procedere o meno con l’invio dell’ordine.

EN - During the checkout step of the order, the shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the products ordered. The Customer can decide after having read whether or not to proceed with sending the order.

POLITICA DI RESO

Non si accettano resi di merce per quantità inferiori ai 5 Kg.

Il prodotto deve essere restituito integro dal Cliente; per limitare danneggiamenti alla confezione originale, raccomandiamo di inserire la merce in una scatola. Caboni Tessuti di C.E. si riserva il controllo sulla merce restituita per valutare eventuali danni o manomissioni non derivanti dal trasporto.

Note aggiuntive:

Il prodotto deve essere restituito nei tempi (?) e nelle modalità descritte sopra all'indirizzo che verrà indicato dalla nostra Società.

Le spese di riconsegna sono sempre a carico del Cliente.

Una volta ricevuto il reso e verificate le condizioni della merce, verrà emesso un rimborso o una nota di credito (a discrezione del Cliente) di pari importo.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns of goods for quantities of less than 5 kg.

The product must be returned intact by the customer; to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing the goods in a box. Caboni Tessuti di C.E. reserves the right to check the returned goods to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

Additional Notes:

The product must be returned within the times (?) And in the manner described above to the address that will be indicated by our Company.

The delivery costs are always charged to the customer.

Once the return has been received and the condition of the goods has been verified, a refund or credit note (at the Customer's discretion) of the same amount will be issued.
